1. Educational Services

SRK Technology provides online and offline technical workshops, bootcamps, and skill-development programs. By enrolling in a program, you agree to participate constructively and respect the intellectual property rights of the curriculum.

2. Registrations and Payments

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, including valid college details if registering as a student.
• Fees: All workshop fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Refunds: Payments made for workshops are generally non-refundable once the workshop has commenced. Refund requests submitted prior to the registration deadline will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Certificates of Completion

SRK Technology issues verifiable digital certificates upon successful completion of a program. "Successful completion" is determined at the sole discretion of the instructor based on attendance, participation, and project submissions. Certificates may be revoked if issued fraudulently.

4. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, SRK Technology and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on SRK Technology, including course content, presentations, and code repositories. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from SRK Technology for your own personal educational use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SRK Technology, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or the skills learned during the workshops. We do not guarantee employment or specific outcomes as a result of taking our courses.

7. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
